File Your Claims On Time to Benefit from Recent Class Action Settlements
Many Pennsylvania physicians will benefit from business practice commitments (e.g., claims processing policies) made in three recent settlements of class action lawsuits against Blues plans and will be entitled to share in associated settlement funds if they file timely claims.
The settlements involve two class actions against Blues plans—Love v. Blue Cross Blue Shield Association and Grider v. Keystone Health Plan Central.
